Ballet / Gymnastics - Instructor: Christa Payne
Join Katie on Tuesdays for great ballet fun. Learn all the basic ballet moves and tumble your way through gymnastics! We will do stretching, warm ups, dancing and tumbling in this hour long class. Miss Katie has been choreographing, teaching and directing kids of all ages for over 12 years. When she's not teaching dance or directing youth theatre, she can be found on stage herself or chasing after her own kids. Ages 4 to 8 Cost - $25 a month
Elementary ABC - Instructor: Ty Stollings
A class designed around children ages 4 to 7. This class will help your child develop their Agility, Balance and Coordination, along with Hand/Eye Coordination. 60 min. ( free class )

An aerobic class designed around children ages 7 to 9 that involves a little bit of this and a little bit of that. We promise a GREAT workout with this class. Aqua Boot Camp (water aerobics) - Instructor: Cynthia Brooks
Ten-Hut! Designed to target fitness components of agility, balance, coordination and speed in addition to cardio capacity. This no-nonsense workout formula delivers high-intensity training ooptions, with and without equipment, to maximize results. Class is held in deep water (in outside pool) using belts, noodles and cuffs and shallow water when held in the inside pool.
Body - Instructor: Cathy Derringer, Kelly Kidd
60 min. class of nothing but toning. Designed to tone every muscle in the body with some type of resistance. The instructor will use weights and bands for added resistance. NO CARDIO WORK INVOLVED!
Body & Core - Instructor: Amy Holly
55 min. class that focuses on strengthening your core as well as your entire body. Weights, bands and stability balls will be used to add difficulty

Cardio Splash (water aerobics) - Instructor: Cynthia Brooks, Marty Holmes
Total body workout, half hour cardio, as well as hydro Pilates (core conditioning), upper and lower body conditioning with the use of equipment. This is a fitness program that targets muscular strength & endurance, range of motion and balance skills. Class is hels in deep water ( inoutside pool) using belts, noodles and cuffs and shallow water when held in inside pool.
Cardio Tennis - Instructor Al Pico
60 min. cardio class that focuses on agility and a great cardio workout while hitting the tennis ball. Open to all levels of tennis players from beginner to advanced.
Core Yoga - Instructor: Amy Fecher
In this continuous flow class, we encompass all elements of the Power Yoga class. Special emphasis is given to the core as it is an integral component of every single yoga position, Come unlock the key to your core in this up-tempo Yoga practice.
Kickboxing - Instructor: Thomas Dymond, Alex Stapleton
Great 60 min. cardio workout! Involves learning kicks and punches to tone and sculpt the body. The focus is a fun, high energy, total body workout! Great for all levels! Great fat burning workout!
Latin Aerobics- Instructor: Sara Andrews
Latin Aerobics teaches Rumba, Cha Cha, Jive, Salsa, Merengue, Bolero and Samba. You will do a challenging low impact class while learning the latin rhythm dances. You do not have to have dance experience. You will learn Cuban motion and nwork on how to push and move your feet. You would be able to identify steps on "Dancing with the Stars" after taking this class. this class works on balance, proper turns and hip motion, and is a ton of fun.
Pi-Yo - Instructor: Yira Bales
60 min. class which combines the two principles of Yoga and Pilates. Come give this class a try!
Pilates - Instructors: Amy Holly, Carolyn McDermott
If you are looking to strengthen, tone, and lengthen your muscles, this class is for you! These classes uses the teachings of Joseph Pilates to incorporate exercises using mainly your own body weight, to stretch the body, become mentally aware of your body, and strengthen the CORE. You will learn the technique on how to properly position your body, while breathing correctly as well. You will finish feeling strong, stretched, relaxed, and rejuvenated! 60 min. class
Power Yoga - Instructor: Amy Fecher
In this continuous movement class we link breath and movement in a powerful flow of postures. We begin with a guided centering, followed by warm ups including Sun Salutations, strength building exercises, twists and core work. Typical classes include standing postures, balancing postures, backbends and inversions. This 60 minute class concludes with a seated meditation or final relaxation. All levels of Yoga practitioners are welcome.

A high intensity group exercise class involving a stationary bike. Spin is a great cardio workout without the impact of aerobics. The class is 55 min., with a 5 min. warm-up and 5 min. cool down.
