Lori Gentry is an ACE and NASM certified personal trainer from Troy, OH.  She has a bachelor’s degree from Wright State University.  Lori specializes in Senior fitness, corrective exercise and small group training.  Along with being a personal trainer, Lori has been a practicing licensed massage therapist for 16 years.

Ty Stollings

Ty Stollings is a NFPT certified personal trainer from Xenia, OH with over 8 years of experience.  Ty has a degree in Biology from Wright State University with a focus on Exercise Biology.  He likes to play all sports, mainly volleyball, basketball and softball.  Ty enjoys running mud obstacle course races, so his training style is sport oriented but he does have experience from teenage to late 80’s.  Everybody is different, so whether you are training for sport or life, Ty can help.
