Duties include Greet members upon arrival and check them in at the Member Service Desk, responds in a professional and courteous manner to members and nonmembers, Ensures that the front lobby is clean and welcoming for our members, accurately answers inquiries from members regarding programming and billing, books tennis court reservations in person or over the telephone, consistently resolves member problems and complaints in an efficient manner, responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding billing, club information, and guest concerns in a timely manner. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Looking for someone who wants to work in a fun, upbeat fitness club environment. Full and part-time positions available in all club locations. Duties include cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout the health club. This person will support the cleaning and sanitizing of shared or common spaces that members utilize and frequent, including restocking of supplies in restrooms, locker rooms and front desk. Must be at least 16 years of age.

Duties include Execution of Individual, Semi-Private, or Group Personal Training Sessions, client Files and Management up to the standards set forth by the company, keep fitness floor neat and clean. The trainer must be certified by an accredited organization approved by Five Seasons Sports Country Club to train personal training clients.

Duties include Duties include providing excellent service and high-quality food and beverage products to guests in a safe and cost effective manner, maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas, ensures safe food handling and service practices, training and supervising other employees, supervise daily food outlet operations to ensure the successful execution of all standards and completion of daily tasks/assignment, oversees opening and closing of the Sidelines operation. Must be at least 20 years of age.

Duties include welcome customers and listen to people to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders, inform customers about new beverages and specials, check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol, take inventory and report to the Member Experience Supervisor to ensure more supplies are ordered and well-stocked, handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensure charges are accurate and return correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register, maintain a clean work by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment. Must be 20 years of age.

Looking for a fun part time summer position? Part-time positions (10-20 hours a week) available in all club locations. Duties include checking in members, controlling items that are coming in through the pool gate, light housekeeping/cleaning up, being knowledgeable on pool/club activities. Must be at least 16 years of age.
Burr Ridge Location
You will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests at the pool by showing a strong commitment to customer service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: greeting guests and attending to their pool-related needs. Maintain pool area in terms of safety and cleanliness. Maintain equipment in particular area, ensuring all protocols are followed. Monitor use of the facility and address and/or report potential hazards. Respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Ensure proper recording and collecting of money for concessions, passes, guests, lessons, etc. Perform other duties as needed.
